How to verify your device
Do the steps on your device first, then come back here. The email only stays valid for a few minutes.
Smart TV / Fire Stick

On the TV choose I'm travelling (or Update Netflix Household) and tap Send email.

Keep that screen open on the TV.

Here, tap Smart TV, enter your PIN, then the Netflix email we gave you.

Open the link we find. For travelling you'll get a 4-digit code to type on the TV.
Mobile / Computer

In the Netflix app tap Watch temporarily, then Send email.

Here, tap Mobile or Computer, enter your PIN, then the Netflix email we gave you.

Open the link, copy the 4-digit code and enter it in the app.
Do it within 5 minutes of tapping "Send email" on your device, otherwise Netflix expires the link and you'll need to send a new one.
